Our customer service reps will not be able to tell you if a product is in stock or not. Please read below to find out if something can be shipped.
- Because we source hard-to-find items that are usually almost out of stock, we suggest that If you need a guaranteed speedy delivery, then we suggest you place your order with another store.
- Our shipping partners know the exact inventory numbers. We partner with a big network of manufacturers, warehouses, fulfillment centers, and distributors, and their system usually takes 33 hours to send us updated inventory numbers. This can create a lag in website availability.
- Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-shipped basis. For example, If you place an order, cancel it, and then place a new order, the new order will be put at the back of the line.
- If we experience a sudden stockout after you place your order, we will hold your spot in line free of charge until we get more stock. This will ensure your order gets high priority. Or, if you would rather us just cancel your order, just let us know, and we will do as you request asap.

If this is the case we will hold your spot in line as orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis. If you do not want to wait for more stock to come in then simply send us an email stating you would rather just cancel/refund the order. Data for the past year shows that it is taking, on average, 60 days for the manufacturer to send more stock if the manufacturer isn't having production issues. Due to this we suggest waiting at least 60 days to place a new order.
- If you receive an Order Cancelled email shortly after placing your order. The system did not accept your order payment and sent you an Order Cancelled email. Unfortunately, the system could not accept your payment and canceled your order due to a sudden inventory stockout. Data for the past year shows on average, manufacturers and distributors have taken at least 60 days to send out more inventory. So, we suggest waiting at least 60 days before placing a new order. A shipping partner, fulfillment center, warehouse, or manufacturer experienced a surge in product fulfillment requests resulting in a stockout. Since we focus on sourcing hard-to-find items that are usually experiencing extremely high demand or the manufacturer is having production issues with your product, which often results in low available supply, it causes the shipping centers to experience intermittent stockouts often. It is oftentimes difficult to get an accurate date for new product production or inventory shipments from the manufacturer. On average, it takes 60 days to get more inventory, so you are welcome to return and try placing an order at that time.Shipping options and pricing are focused on high-volume and bulk purchases. For this reason, this store might not be a good fit for your purchase.

Due to this we are not able to tell you if a product is in stock or not. The system will not accept your order and cancel it immediately if we don’t detect any stock available. The system is updated approximately every 33 to 96 hours following updates from our shipping warehouses. Sometimes the process can take longer due to partner warehouse staffing levels. We operate on very low staff numbers to reduce costs which allow us to offer products at these discount prices. We understand that this might cause some inconvenience, especially if you need a product immediately. In such cases, we recommend checking other stores for availability.
High-Demand Products and Stock Levels
Our specialization in high-demand, low-availability products means that we often experience stock-outs shortly after new stock arrives. This is particularly true when a product gains sudden popularity, such as through a celebrity endorsement or a viral social media post. Consequently, we cannot offer bulk sales or high-volume discounts, as our focus remains on providing access to these rare items to as many customers as possible.
Handling Stock-Outs
In the event of a stock-out, we offer customers the option to place an order for an out-of-stock item. This ensures that you hold your place in line as we fulfill orders on a first-come, first-serve basis once the product is back in stock.
Given the nature of our business, we frequently encounter stockouts due to high demand and limited supply. When this occurs, we have implemented a seamless process to manage your orders:
- Automatic Hold: If a product is out of stock, we will automatically hold your spot in line for when new stock becomes available.
- Order Cancellation: Alternatively, you can choose to cancel your order at anytime and check back at your convenience for product availability. Please be aware your order will be placed in the back of the line if you cancel your original order and then place a new one.
