How to place an order

Easy Order Process (Just 3 steps!)

1) Find the product you want
- You can use the site navigation to find your product.
- Or you can use our powerful search engine to find anything. You can search by any keyword such as product title, brand, ingredient, any word found in the product description, etc.

2) Click the Add-To-Cart button by the product price to add the product to your cart.

3) Review your shopping cart and complete your purchase.
- Once you have added all the products you want to your cart. You can click the cart button located in the upper right corner of the screen to review the items in your cart.
- Click the "Checkout" button to start the checkout process.
- Enter your Contact, Delivery, and Billing information.
- Choose your shipping option.
- To complete your order and submit payment, click the "PAY NOW" button at the bottom of the checkout page.

  • THAT'S IT! YOU'RE FINISHED. YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED!

*** If, for any reason, you do not want to place your order, then do not finish the checkout. You can leave the screen anytime if you do not wish to complete your order.

Important things to note
To change your order after it has been submitted.
- Please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order and allow you to place a new order with the changes you want. If you place an order and later realize you made a mistake or want to edit your order, such as changing the product, quantity, shipping option, delivery address, billing, etc. You must contact us immediately so we can intercept your order before it ships. We need to cancel/refund your order so you can place a new order with the correct information.

- For customer privacy and security reasons, we cannot edit an order after placing it if you need to change the delivery address, shipping option, product, quantity, etc. You will need to contact us and have the order canceled/refunded. Then, you can place a new order with your updated order information.

Refunds
- Refunds typically take about 2 days to complete. However, it is very common for it to take up to 6 days to go through, depending on how quickly the banks process their transactions due to holidays, weekends, what times they process their transaction batches, etc. 99.99% of all transactions go through without a problem. If you haven't seen your refund in your bank account, please wait the entire 6 days before contacting us.

- The system will only refund to the original payment type used for the order. If you have a new account or card, the bank transfers the funds into the new account, but you will have to ask them for details.

- If you have updated credit card information such as expiration date, security number, etc., we do not have access to that data due to customer security and privacy reasons and can not update it in our system.

- Please choose the shipping option for which you qualify. If you choose a local shipping option and the delivery address is not located in the metro area, the carriers will not deliver it due to insufficient funds to cover the delivery cost. Because the shipping centers are 3rd party, our system doesn't know your chosen option. If you accidentally select an option you don't qualify for, then simply contact us so that we can cancel/refund your order, allowing you to place a new order with the shipping option you qualify for. Upon request, we can often put a rapid dispatch on your order replacement. Simply send us an email with the 6-digit order number of your replacement order.

Stock And Shipping

  • If you receive an Order Cancelled email shortly after placing your order. The system did not accept your order payment and sent you an Order Cancelled email. Unfortunately, the system could not accept your payment and canceled your order due to a sudden inventory stockout. Data for the past year shows on average, manufacturers and distributors have taken at least 60 days to send out more inventory. So, we suggest waiting at least 60 days before placing a new order. A shipping partner, fulfillment center, warehouse, or manufacturer experienced a surge in product fulfillment requests resulting in a stockout. Since we focus on sourcing hard-to-find items that are usually experiencing extremely high demand or the manufacturer is having production issues with your product, which often results in low available supply, it causes the shipping centers to experience intermittent stockouts often. It is oftentimes difficult to get an accurate date for new product production or inventory shipments from the manufacturer.  On average, it takes 60 days to get more inventory, so you are welcome to return and try placing an order at that time.
  • Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-shipped basis. For example, If you place an order, cancel it, and then place a new order, the new order will be put at the back of the line.
  • If we experience a sudden stockout after you place your order, we will hold your spot in line free of charge until we get more stock. This will ensure your order gets high priority. Or, if you would rather us just cancel your order, just let us know, and we will do as you request asap.
  • Shipping options and pricing are focused on high-volume and bulk purchases. For this reason, this store might not be a good fit for your purchase.
  • We currently have a Local (TB) Tampa Bay Shipping promotion that will be expiring soon. The carriers state you must live in the TB Tampa Bay city limits to take advantage of this promotion.
  • Nation-Wide Delivery Options are available.
  • We do not ship outside of the USA.
